Both pair of shoes are impeccable and a joy to wear! Absolutely no restriction. But what made the purchase even more sensational was the process of ordering: instead of the all too heavily used "new" payment methods like paypal (not everybody has an account there or wants to establish one), l"lartigiano del cuio" offered the most widely used banks for each EU country for payment - something, I have never found in another online retailer. On top of this, dispach and arrival from Italy occured in less one week after ordering. This is my second purchase with l'artigiano - it will not be my last, especially since German producers seem to be unwilling to produce stylish sandals !

I am really happy with the sandals. I have wanted a pair of gladiator sandals for a very long time. I finally found exactly what I wanted. Very comfortable and seem durable. Shipped very quick.

Snug fit, except ankle straps

Fits comfortably around the toes and widest part of the foot, but the ankle straps are a bit even when fully tightened

Mauvais conseil sur le choix de la taille

Bien mais trop serrées au niveau du gros orteil donc douloureux. En espérant que les sandales se fassent avec le temps. J'ai pourtant mesuré mes pieds et suivi le conseil de prendre la taille en dessous en cas d'entre-deux... mauvais conseil sur le site donc dans mon cas. J'ai pris un 41, j'aurais du prendre un 42.

Yes they are. I gave these sandals 4 out of 5 because the soles are quite thin so I asked a shoe maker to put thicker soles on these sandals the result is perfect...... The leather is beautiful and soft. Very sexy strappy design.
