Return Policy

Within 14 days of receipt

Ship the item back within 14 days from reveipt, from the same delivery address (where you receive it), with the received invoice as "Return goods" with postal service.

The return address may vary according to the product purchased. Start the return procedure through your account, select your order and in detail select the items you want to return. Enter a reason for the return and confirm sending to start the return process. Here you can see your return number and print the slip with the necessary information. You may have more than one sheet: in this case the various items will be sent to different addresses.

For returns from countries outside the European Union it is mandatory to use our returns service with FedEx. All packages shipped from foreign countries with customs duties to be paid will be refused and returned to the sender.

Merchandise must be returned unused, worn or damaged in its original box and packing. The box must be adequately protected and must not have any damage or stickers.

As soon as you had ship it provide as the Tracking number so that we can follow the shipping and avoid custom or import problems. Italian custom is very low. The item can take almost 30 days to clear customs.

After received the package back we will check their integrity and the merchandise conditions. If everything is ok within 3 days we will perform an exchange or a refund according to your request.

Exchange or refund

For any products bought it possible to ask for a refund or exchange for any reason.


Within 3 days of receipt of your package back we will ship the new model/size requested at the same address of the initial order at no additional cost.


We will refund your payment in full with the same payment method used for the purchase within 3 working days.

Error or defects

If you have received for our mistake a different product from the one ordered, or a defective product, please send within 5 days of the reception a disputed photographic evidence to the following address: [email protected].

Provide the following information: full name, order number, issue found and attach photos showing the problem described.

If confirmed by the craftsman of his error in packaging the order or making the sandals we will send our courier to pick up the sandal defective at our expense and we will ship the correct item in the shortest possible time (usually 24 hours).
